Excel Education Systems
As the Multimedia Content Specialist at Excel Education Systems, my focus was on creating student- and family-centric multimedia content for three schools under the EES umbrella: Excel High School, Northgate Academy, and Washington Technical Institute. On top of these duties, I also designed and kept up to date company-wide internal and external documents, automated email systems, graphics for Academic Teams, organized cloud-based systems, and digital accessibilities.
ElevatED is a newly launched program for high school juniors and seniors. At first, these were presented as “one-sheets” with 4-8 pages of content. Since attention spans are strongly influenced by pacing, and the amount of time required to view or read each element, I reimagined the program, and designed bite-sized slides with clear visual anchors to reduce boredom and decision fatigue, making each lesson faster to scan, easier to understand, and more memorable so students actually complete and retain the material.
